In order to return a product you have purchased through the Jinius Marketplace, what you need to do is:
- Log into you Jinius Marketplace account.
- Hover over your name in the top-right corner, then click on "My account".
- Click on "Orders & Returns", then find the order that contains the item you want to return and press the "Return" option.
- Select the checkbox next to each item that you want to return and also make sure to select the reason for the return from the drop-down menu, then press "Submit".
- If your order was fulfilled by Jinius, once you complete the steps above, we will generate 2 files:
• The Waybill
• A Return Slip
Print these 2 files.
- Once you have printed the Waybill and the Return Slip, take it to the nearest ACS Store along with the product(s) you want to return.
Make sure the Return Slip is placed inside the ACS package along with the item(s) you are returning.
ACS will keep the Waybill.
Important: Please request a receipt from the ACS employee as proof that you have sent the package. -
If the order was fulfilled by the shop, please follow the instructions on the screen.
