All return requests are first checked by our Jinius Staff members and once a return has been approved, you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
What you need to do when you want to return an item is:
- Send an email to help@jinius.com.cy and include the following information:

Subject: Return Order <Number>

Email address

Mobile number

Order Number (you can find this in your account)

Approximate Date/Time that you made the order

What Items you want to return
-
The reason for the return
-
If there is a visible defect with the product, optionally send a photo of the defect.
If there is any of the above information that you do not know, do not fill it in and we will try to acquire it with other means

- At this point Jinius will assess the information provided and get back to you in writing on the email you provided.
- Once a Jinius staff member gets back to you, they will provide you with a “Return Form” that you will need to print out.
- Once you have printed the “Return Form”, take it to the nearest ACS Store along with the product(s) you want to return.
Important: Please request a receipt from the ACS employee as proof that you have sent the package. - Once the products are received by the Merchant, the value of the item will be refunded to your account.
