As a seller in Mirakl, your shop account can be suspended for several reasons and each reason is linked to a specific type of suspension:

New shop account suspension (Pending approval status) - you are suspended as a new shop account because your KYC must be validated, and other formalities must be handled before going live. For more information, refer to: About the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for shop accounts.

Manual suspension - We have suspended your shop account manually. please contact us at
merchants@jinius.com.cy or at +357 22363330 for more information.

Automatic suspension - your statistics do not meet the quality requirements set by the Jinius team. Please see automatic suspension rules section for a breakdown of rules.

Incomplete profile - (Only for shop accounts created in Mirakl Connect)
You are suspended as a new Mirakl Connect shop account because you have not yet completed mandatory information. You still need to complete mandatory information that is required to remove the suspension.
Suspended shops can no longer sell on the Marketplaces and their offers become inactive. However, they can continue to work on ongoing orders.
