An order can be refunded on the following statuses only:
- Shipping in Progress
- Shipped
- To Collect
- Received
- Incident Open
It is not possible to refund an order in Closed status.
You can refund an order by clicking the Refund button on the top right of the order's page.
You need to have a payable balance or refund limit to execute the refund otherwise you need to contact our at merchants@jinius.com.cy or at +357 22363330 to process the refund.
