To ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently, we have established clear guidelines for packaging and categorizing shipments. Whether you are sending small parcels or heavy equipment, our expanded delivery network is designed to accommodate your needs.
Standard Delivery Guidelines (Small Goods)
The Waybill is required for standard deliveries (Small Goods).
The following requirements apply to deliveries fulfilled through standard Jinius courier services.
Packaging Standards:
- Secure Packaging: All items must be properly secured in one or multiple boxes. Loose parts are not permitted. Items must be securely protected using appropriate packaging materials, including bubble wrap and hard-cover / rigid packaging boxes, especially for fragile or sensitive products.
- Waybill Accuracy: When creating your Waybill on Jinius, you must specify the exact number of boxes/packages included in the shipment.
Weight & Volume:
- Standard Weight: For standard courier handling, individual packages should not exceed 25 kg.
- Manageable Sizing: While there is no strict volume limit for standard delivery, each package should be a size that can be reasonably carried by a single person.
- Heavy & Oversized Items: Items exceeding standard limits are now fully supported through our specialized Large Item delivery categories.
Delivery Categories - Logistic Classes
When creating Offers, packages that meet the following criteria should be marked as “Small” and "Medium" in the Logistic Class field as follows:

Large Item & Heavy Goods Delivery
We offer comprehensive support for heavy and bulky items.
These services do not require a Waybill but follow specific delivery protocols.
Packaging Standards:
- Secure Packaging: All items must be properly secured in one or multiple boxes. Loose parts are not permitted. Items must be securely protected using appropriate packaging materials, including bubble wrap and hard-cover / rigid packaging boxes, especially for fragile or sensitive products.
Service Scope: Kerbside Delivery
- Standard delivery for large or heavy items is provided to the kerbside only.
- Additional services - such as carrying items indoors, upstairs delivery, assembly, or room-specific placement—are available for an additional fee.

Delivery Categories - Logistic Classes
When creating Offers, packages that meet the following criteria should be marked as “Heavy Medium”, "Heavy Large", "Heavy Extra Large" or "Heavy XXL" in the Logistic Class field as follows:
