1. How will I know if an order is marked as a gift?
You’ll notice when an order is marked as a gift at the following points:
- Order Pending Acceptance Email
- On the Order in Mirakl: Under the order information.
- Before Waybill Creation: For deliveries handled by Jinius and ACS.
2. What steps should I take for a gift order?
- Remove Any Prices: Ensure that no pricing information is included in the parcel.
- Do Not Include the Receipt: Exclude receipts or invoices from the package.
- Gift Packaging: If you offer gift packaging, please ensure it is thoughtful and attractively presented. A beautifully wrapped gift is always appreciated! Then, add it to the Jinius bag, for extra protection.
3. What should I do if I don’t have gift packaging?
If you do not offer gift packaging, simply proceed with regular packaging while adhering to the requirements of removing prices and excluding the receipt.
4. Do I need to make changes to my return process for gift orders?
