You can add new users to your company in Jinius. First, you need to add the user information, then define the role and permissions to grant the necessary access to the user.
Define the user’s role and permissions
On the Configuration icon at the top right corner of your Jinius homepage, go to Settings > scroll to Users section
In the upper-right corner, click “+Invite user”. Complete the steps to define the role and permissions.
Step 1: Fill the user information
Fill all the fields to define the user’s information (First name, last name, business email address…).
Step 2: Define a role and assign permissions
- Choose a role for your user:
Admin: has access to all permissions and can add/edit/delete the company’s users.
Custom: has limited access and the permissions are defined by the Admin. - Choose permissions for your custom user:

User can view the company's invoices and either pay them or update their payment history. |
Step 3: Add user
After completing the first two steps, an email invitation will be sent to the user to join your company in Jinius.
