As a Jinius user you can create and send invoices to a company that is already signed up on Jinius, given you provide all the required information.
You can navigate to the Invoices section from the left hand side menu:
After you click on "Invoices" you are directed to the Invoices dashboard where you can manage all your invoicing activities
In order to create an Invoice, switch to the Receivables tab and click the "Add new" button.
Once you click on "Add New" and then "Invoice", you need to fill in the information as shown below.
If your trading partner has defined Business units, and your invoice refers to specific unit, you may select the related business unit from the dropdown.
By clicking "Add line item" you can add details on the product/service detail you provide along with the cost, tax and the discount, if any.
When you finish adding products/services you can see the total amounts at the bottom of the page and once you are happy with everything, click "Send" to send the invoice to your client!
