Business Units
Business units represent your dealership’s physical locations or operational groups (e.g., Nicosia Showroom, Limassol Outlet, Used Cars, Accounting).
Each proposal must belong to a specific business unit. If no business unit is assigned, the proposal cannot be created.
- View Business Units
Path: Settings → Business Profile → Scroll down to Business Units section

The ‘Not specified’ Business Unit
This is an automatically generated unit used only for unassigned documents (e.g., invoices). It is NOT a real business unit and does not apply to car proposals.
- Add a Business Unit
Go to the Business Units list → Click ‘Add Unit’ → Enter Name → Click ‘Add Unit’ to save.
Add business unit form
- Only the ‘Name’ field is required for Car Dealer Portal usage.
Ignore: System Unit ID, Facility ID, Customer Identifier, Shop.
- Edit a Business Unit
When editing a Business Unit, you can set Status to Active / Inactive. Inactive units will not appear when creating proposals.
