1. Purpose
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for car dealer staff to create, manage, and track proposals through the Car Dealer Portal.
It is designed for:
- Sales Agents
- Showroom Managers
- Back-Office Team
2. Before You Start
Before accessing the portal, ensure that:
- You have received your invitation email
- You have completed your password setup
- You have completed Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) setup
- You have the portal login link
- You have access to at least one Business Unit (branch/showroom)
If any of the above is missing, contact your internal administrator.
3. First-Time Access
3.1 Account Activation
- Open your invitation email
- Select Verify email
- Create your password following the security requirements
3.2 First Login
- Enter your username and password
- Select Login
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Setup
For security purposes, 2FA is mandatory.
- Confirm your mobile phone number
- Select your preferred verification method:
- SMS
- Authenticator App
- Enter the one-time verification code sent to your device
- Choose whether to trust this device (optional).
4. Logging In (Daily Access)
- Open the portal link: https://b2b.jinius.com.cy
- Enter your username and password
- Select Login
- Complete Two-Factor Authentication (if prompted).
5. Portal Capabilities
Within the Car Dealer Portal, you can:
- Create new proposals
- Enter chassis numbers
- Upload supporting documentation
- Track proposal progress
6. Daily Tasks
The primary tasks performed in the portal are:
6.1 Create a New Proposal
To create a proposal:
- Select Create proposal

- Select the appropriate branch/showroom (if you have access to only one Business Unit, it will be pre-selected)
- Enter client details

- Select car type:
- New
- Used

- Select Next
- Enter car details
- For new cars: complete required fields
- For used cars: ensure accurate date of manufacture and chassis number

- Enter or adjust:
- Client contribution
- Loan duration
- Select Next

- Select Generate proposal

- Present the QR code to the client (digital view)
If a printed copy is requested: - Select Print proposal
- Apply recommended browser print settings (see Figure 9)

6.2 View or Edit an Existing Proposal
To access an existing proposal:
- Open the Proposals List
- Select the proposal to open it
You may update proposal information as permitted by your role.

6.2.1 Updating the Chassis Number
If required after loan approval:
- Open the approved proposal
- Update the chassis number
- Confirm submission

Note:
- The chassis number is required as the unique identifier, linking the car to the loan.
- If the chassis number needs to be added, the proposal creator will receive an email notification prompting them to update it.
6.3 Upload Supporting Documents
When the proposal status changes to Documents Signed, users with permission to upload documents and the proposal creator will receive email notifications instructing them to upload the required documents to the portal.
To upload documentation:
- Open the relevant proposal
- Navigate to the Supporting Documents section
- Select the required files
- Select Submit all documents
- Confirm upload

6.4 Track Proposal Status
Each proposal progresses through defined statuses:
You can track the current status from the Proposals List.
7. Roles and Access
Your ability to create, edit, or view proposals depends on your assigned role and Business Unit access.
If you believe your access is incorrect, contact your system administrator.
8. Need Support?
If you experience issues:
- Cannot see proposals → Verify your Business Unit access
- Cannot edit proposals → Verify your assigned role permissions
- Login problems → Contact your internal system administrator

9. Security Reminder
The Car Dealer Portal contains sensitive financial and client information.
Users must:
- Protect login credentials
- Avoid sharing accounts
- Always log out when using shared devices
- Comply with internal data protection policies.
Misselling disclaimer
- The Bank demonstrates zero tolerance for incorrect product promotion practices (misselling) and unfair sales practices (inappropriate sales actions).
- Appropriate promotion of products includes, among other things:
- A good understanding of the customer's profile so that the offered products/services meet their real needs and correspond to their financial capabilities.
- Full and not selective information and explanation should be provided to the customer about all the characteristics of the product/service, so that customers remain informed before, during, and after the sales stage.
- Appropriate and comprehensive information should be provided in an understandable form and language that will help the potential customer decide independently about the product or service.
