This guide explains how to fill in the Mirakl Product Template and import products successfully into the marketplace. Follow the steps in order to ensure all required information is completed correctly and your products are uploaded without errors.
All steps must be completed for each individual product.
Step 1 – Download the Product Template
Before you begin, you must download the latest Mirakl Product Template.
Follow steps #1 to #3 in section “Add Products and Offers at the Same Time” of the following article:

Once you have downloaded the template, return to this guide and follow the steps below to learn how to complete it correctly.
Step 2 – Select the Product Category
Select the category that best matches the product you want to upload using the drop-down menu in the Category field.
Step 3 – Fill in the Mandatory Fields
After selecting a category, all mandatory fields will turn red.
- Every red field must be completed for the product to be valid.
- Yellow fields are recommended.
- We strongly recommend filling in the Brand field.
- Shop SKU: A unique code that you assign to each product to identify and manage it in your own store or inventory system.
Step 4 – Variant Group Code (VGC)
If you have the same product with different variations (for example, different colors or sizes), enter the same Variant Group Code (VGC) for each variation. This groups the products together on the marketplace so customers can easily switch between the available options.
Step 5 – Add Product Images
Each product must have at least one publicly accessible image URL. You can add up to 10 image URLs for each product.
Step 6 – Add a Product Description
Every product should have a description. If you do not have one, you can use the product title as a basic description. However, a detailed description helps customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Step 7 – Complete the Offer Information
• Offer SKU: Enter your Shop SKU or the product's EAN.
• Product ID: Use the same value as the Offer SKU.
• Product ID Type: Select SHOP_SKU if you are using your own SKU, or EAN if you are using the product barcode.
• Offer Price: Enter the selling price.
• Offer Quantity: Enter the available stock.
• Offer State: Always select NEW (not second-hand).
Step 8 – Select the Logistics Class
Leave this field blank for standard products. Select Heavy Medium for products larger than 1 m² or heavier than 25 kg. Select Heavy Large for products larger than 2 m².
Step 9 – Select the VAT Percentage
If your product's VAT rate is different from 19%, select the correct VAT percentage from the drop-down list. If you leave this field empty, the system automatically assumes a VAT rate of 19%.

Once you have completed all the steps above, your Product template is ready to be uploaded to Mirakl.
To upload your completed template, return to the Jinius Help Center article mentioned in Step 1 and follow steps #5 to #8 in section “Add Products and Offers at the Same Time” to upload the file:
