Incident rate; The number of order lines with at least one incident divided by the total number of accepted order lines. - From 15%
Acceptance time; The average time between when an order notification is sent to the shop account and when the order is accepted. From

Refund rate; The number of order lines with at least one refund divided by the total number of accepted order lines. From 25%
Response time; The average time period in which a shop account responds to a customer's order-related message. - From 96H
Number of auto-rejected orders; The number of consecutive orders automatically rejected - From 2
Late shipment rate; The number of orders shipped later than the shipping deadline divided by the total number of orders. - From 15%
