You can add additional users n Mirakl by clicking on Settings > Users > Create user, then select the role of the new user.
Shop Administration
- The "Performance Overview", "Sales" and "Quality Control" cards are available.
- Only "Channel" filtering (when relevant) and date filtering is possible.
- In the "call to action" section, only information about suspended shops is clickable.
Inventory Management
- The "Performance Overview", "Top products" and "call to action" cards are available.
- In the "call to action" section, only messages about offers are clickable.
- Only "Category" filtering (when relevant) and date filtering is possible.
Order Management
- Almost all cards except the "Top products" card are displayed.
- Only "Channel" filtering (when relevant) and date filtering is possible.
Accounting
- Only the "Performance Overview", "Sales" and "Balance" cards are available.
- Date filtering is possible.
Support
- The "Quality Control", Orders" and "call to action" cards are displayed.
- In the "call to action" section information relating to orders, messages and incidents is clickable.
- Only "Channel" filtering (when relevant) and date filtering is possible.
After you have invited the new user, they will receive an email asking them to set up their password.
Once this is done, they will be able to log into Mirakl.
