Business Units allow you to split your Company into various separate logical units. Each unit can then be referenced individually for various Jinius services.
In order to add a new Business Unit to your Jinius Business Account, what you need to do is:
- Log into your Jinius Business account from here: https://b2b.jinius.com.cy/login
- Click on the menu button in the top-right corner and the click on Settings.
- Here, go to the Business profile tab and scroll down to the Business Units section. Here press + Add Unit to add a new Business Unit.
Note: Only the Enterprise Subscription Plan allows you to create unlimited Business Units. All others allow you to create up to 5. If you wish want to change your Subscription Plan, you can do so as described here.
- Fill in the fields as follows:
• Name : write the name of this location, e.g. "Main Warehouse" or "Head Quarters".
• Address/City/Postcode : The full address of the location where this Business Unit is located.
• System Unit ID : The code of the specific location if you have one and one of your systems uses it with some kind of Integration.
• Facility ID : A specific field for companies in the Tobacco industry. Everyone else can skip this.
• Shop : From the drop-down, select the Jinius Marketplace Store for which this address is a Pickup Location (leave empty if you do not use the Jinius Marketplace).
Once you have filled in the fields, press Add Unit.
- After this last step, your new Business Unit has been added!
