If Jinius handles your delivery, there are certain restrictions that you need to be aware of.
Packaging
All items delivered must be properly packaged in one or multiple boxes with no loose parts. If you have multiple boxes, when creating the Waybill on Jinius, make sure to set the number of boxes/packages you will be sending.
Weight
Each package must not weigh more than 25 kg for successful completion of the delivery.
Volume
While there is no specific maximum volume of a shipment, each package it consist of should be of a size that a single person can carry alone.
Marking "Small" Items
When inputting the Offers, if a package is less than a 3 kilos, up to 37cm height x 44cm width x 61cm depth, please set as a Small in the "Logistic Class" field. This is important as it will provide more delivery options to the buyer.
