How to Create a Vehicle Listing

This guide explains how to create and submit car listings in Mirakl for publication on the Jinius Cars Marketplace. It covers the steps required to add a new listing, complete the car information correctly, upload images, set the price, and submit the listing for review and approval by the Jinius team.

Creating a New Vehicle Listing

To create a new Car Listing, you must first:

  1. Log into Mirakl here.
  2. On the navigation menu on the left, go to Price and stock → Offers.
  3. Click on Add offer, and on the next page press Create product.

You will now see the Car Listing creation form that you need to fill in:

  1. In the Product Category select:
    1. Vehicles
    2. New Cars or Used Cars
      New: A car is considered New if it is being registered for the first time in Cyprus and has no previous registration history in Cyprus or abroad.
      Used: A car is considered Used if it has previously been registered in Cyprus or abroad.
    3. Brands
    4. The brand of the car you will be adding (e.g. BMW)

 

  1. Fill in the Product Characteristics with the information about the vehicle. Note that some characteristics that are marked with a * character are mandatory and must be filled in.
Characteristic Description

Name (en_GB)

Enter the listing title. Include the car brand and model. If applicable, also include the model variant (e.g. BMW 3 Series M Sport).

Product mainImage url

The primary car image displayed in the search results and used as the main image on the car listing page.

Product secondary_image_1 url to Product secondary_image_19 url

Additional car images displayed in the image gallery on the car listing page.

productVideos

Add a YouTube video link to showcase your car. Only one video link is allowed. The video will appear in the listing gallery after the uploaded images.

renementColor

Select the basic color of the car.

Description (el_CY)

Write a description for your listing in Greek.

Description (en_GB)

Write a description for your listing in English.

Name (el_CY)

Enter the listing title. Include the car brand and model. If applicable, also include the model variant (e.g. BMW 3 Series M Sport).

Fuel Type

Select the type of fuel used by the car.

Location

Select the area where the car is located.

Mileage (km)

Enter the car’s mileage, e.g. 12500. Do not use "." or ",".

Body Type

Select the body type of the car.

Manufacture Year

Enter the year the car was manufactured.

Transmission

Select the type of transmission of the car.

Color Type

Select one or more types of car color.

Manufacture Date

Select the car’s manufacture date. For easier navigation, select any date (e.g. 01/10/2026) and then manually change the year to the correct one.

Negotiable Price

Select whether the car price is Negotiable or Non-negotiable.

Engine Capacity (cc)

Enter the engine capacity in cc. For Electric cars, enter 0.

Battery Capacity (kWh)

Enter the battery capacity for Electric and Plug-In Hybrid cars.

Chassis Number (VIN)

Enter the car’s chassis number as shown on the car documents, without spaces or hyphens.

Energy Consumption

(kWh/100km)

Enter the car’s energy consumption for Electric and Plug-In Hybrid cars.

First Registration Date

Enter the date the car was first registered in Cyprus. Applicable only to Used Cars.

Delivery Time

Select the estimated time available for delivery.

Service History

Select the service history of the car. Applicable only to Used Cars.

Warranty Duration

Select the car’s warranty duration.

Doors

Enter the number of doors.

CO₂ Emissions (g/km)

For New Electric cars, select “50 or less”.

For Used Electric cars, select “Equal to 0”.

Import Origin

Select the car’s import origin from the available options.

Model Variant

If the car model has different trims, enter the specific trim of the listed car (e.g. M Sport).

Accident History

Select whether an accident has been reported for the car. Applicable only to Used Cars.

Registration Number

Enter the car’s registration number, if available. Applicable only to Used Cars.

MOT Expiry Date

Enter the date the car’s MOT expires, if available. Applicable only to Used Cars.

Previous Owners

Enter the number of previous owners the car had, if available. Applicable only to Used Cars.

Horsepower (hp)

Enter the car’s horsepower.

Features

Select the features the car has from the options available on the list. If a feature is not listed, add it to the Description.

Range (km)

Enter the maximum distance the car can travel using only the battery, for Electric and Plug-In Hybrid cars.

Fuel Consumption

(L/100km)

Enter the car’s fuel consumption. Leave empty for Electric cars.

Passenger Seats

Enter the number of passenger seats.

Drivetrain

Select the car’s drivetrain.

Interior Type

Select the car’s interior type.

Model

Select the car’s model.

Shop sku

This is a reference number for the car listing. The value you enter must be unique.

color

Enter the car’s official color name as specified by the manufacturer (e.g. Midnight Blue).

Stock Quantity

The stock quantity is automatically set to 1. Change the value to 0 only when the car has been sold and is no longer available.

Price

Enter the sales price of the car, including VAT.

 

  1. Once you fill in all Vehicle Characteristics, scroll to the bottom of the page and press Submit for approval. If the form contains any errors, you will be asked to correct them before submitting.

     

  2. That’s it! The Jinius team will review the listing you submitted and either approve it for publication or reject it.
